Terms and conditions of use

1. General Information

By placing an order at FBStore, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or change this information at any time. If any updates affect active orders, customers will be duly informed.

2. Product Availability

All products listed on FBStore are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated. If any product is out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and given an estimated delivery date.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price shown at the time of order is the final price.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Portugal and Spain (Mainland and Islands): Free shipping on all orders.

  • International Shipping:

    • Free for orders over €250.

    • €5 or 8 for Europe; €15 for the rest of the world.

Orders are shipped via CTT (Registered Mail) within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment. Delivery times:

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days.

  • Europe: 4–7 business days.

  • Outside Europe: 7–15 business days.

Note: FBStore is not responsible for any customs or import duties in the destination country.

4.1. Wholesale Customers (Professional Accounts)

Customers registered with a wholesale or professional account benefit from exclusive pricing and specific conditions. However, shipping fees shown at checkout are merely indicative estimates, based on average rates for Portugal and Europe.

Final shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and communicated by RICO Distribution after the order is submitted. The order will only be confirmed once the customer agrees to the proposed shipping terms and RICO Distribution formally validates the request.

Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs, and delivery may require longer processing times depending on the destination, order volume, or carrier availability.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Portuguese and EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing any justification.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition;

  • Returned in the original packaging;

  • Shipped at the customer’s expense (unless the return is due to our error).

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed using the same payment method. FBStore may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received.

6. Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a defect, contact us via email with detailed information and photos of the product.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

FBStore collects and processes personal data strictly for the purposes of order management, delivery, billing, and customer support.

Customers have the right to:

  • Access their data;

  • Request correction or deletion;

  • Withdraw consent at any time.

FBStore uses essential cookies to ensure proper site functionality. By using our website, the customer consents to this use.

8. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal and Mollie)

  • MB and MBWay (for Portugal only)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Mollie, where available)

  • Klarna (where available)

Orders awaiting payment will be automatically canceled after 15 days.
